Today’s Truth was birthed out of a need to journal and a lifestyle that left little time or energy to do so. It was important to capture the events of the day; more importantly, the feelings of the day – the truth in the moment. Over time, Today’s Truth became a semi-anonymous way of connecting with others who wanted to share their own truth or who connected with what was being shared.

Admittedly not all truths belong to me. Some are observed and others have been shared with me; however, all resonate with my own life experiences – my truth. Today’s Truth is a place to find the words that articulate your truth and encourage you to understand your truth in the moment.
